Job summary

VARITE INC in Bengaluru, Karnataka seeks a skilled item writer to develop, map, and maintain Certification Exam Items for the Now® Platform. The role emphasizes psychometric analysis, simulator items, and high-quality documentation to support course objectives and assessment outcomes.

You will collaborate with Certification and Curriculum teams, build relationships with SMEs, and ensure timely delivery of items, reports, and training assets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Certification Exam Items to assess technical proficiency of the Now® Platform.
• Map competencies in Certification Pools to terminal course objectives.
• Lead a training portfolio's Psychometric Analysis activities.
• Develop and maintain Certification Simulator Test Items.
• Develop and maintain Certification Test Prep eLearning videos.
• Develop and maintain Certification supporting documentation (e.g. Blueprints, course descriptions, and other specification docs).
• Develop and maintain Certification results reporting and analytics.
• Act as a liaison between the Certification and Curriculum Development teams.
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop high quality and accurate Certification exam items and supporting assets.
• Adhere to timelines and schedules for product deliverables and maintain up to date and accurate project plans throughout the duration of the project.
• Review test items created by other item writers for quality and adherence to project standards and specifications.
• Pro-actively create/improve operational processes.
