Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electronics & Communications or related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in Technical Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Support, or similar role.
• Strong communication, presentation and customer relationship management skills.
• Basic understanding of electronics, PCB Design, Embedded Systems or Hardware Design.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer technical enquiries and understand project requirements.
• Coordinate with Managers, Directors and Engineering teams to provide accurate technical responses.
• Assign enquiries to the appropriate technical team and track progress.
• Schedule customer meetings, technical discussions and project review calls.
• Maintain enquiry records, customer databases and follow-up trackers.
• Prepare periodic enquiry status reports and presentations for management review.
• Ensure effective communication between customers and internal teams for timely project execution.
