Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer who will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and informative content across blogs, website pages, case studies, and product documentation. The role involves simplifying complex technical concepts into clear, impactful messaging, developing customer success stories, and supporting brand growth through AI-based video content and social media writing. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to produce content aligned with business goals, ensure consistency in brand voice, and drive engagement through SEO-optimized and storytelling-driven content.

Key Responsibilities

Structure and develop content in a logical, reader-friendly format with strong clarity, flow, and storytelling, ensuring each piece communicates real business value and aligns with the company's services, solutions, and industry positioning.

Develop compelling customer success stories and case studies that clearly highlight client challenges, solutions implemented, and measurable business outcomes such as ROI, efficiency improvements, or performance gains, making them impactful for sales and marketing use.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather customer insights, project details, and technical information, and convert them into strong storytelling formats that build credibility, trust, and brand authority in the market.

Create engaging AI-based video content using modern tools by converting written scripts, blogs, or ideas into short explainer videos, visual storytelling content, and marketing videos that enhance engagement and simplify complex messaging.

Experiment with emerging AI tools and content formats to improve content production speed, creativity, and effectiveness, contributing to innovative digital marketing and brand awareness initiatives.

Plan, write, and publish high-quality social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, including post copies, captions, and campaign messaging, aligned with ongoing marketing activities and brand positioning.

Develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistent content distribution across platforms while maintaining engagement, visibility, and audience relevance.

Adapt content tone, messaging, and format based on platform trends, audience behaviour, and target market requirements to maximize reach and engagement.

Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to gather inputs, understand business needs, and generate relevant content ideas aligned with campaigns, product launches, and customer journeys.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for content, campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives, ensuring content remains innovative and competitive.

Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines across all formats including written content, videos, and social media posts.

Apply SEO best practices such as keyword integration, content structuring, and readability optimization to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic.

Optimize existing content based on performance insights, engagement metrics, and search trends to continuously improve reach and effectiveness.

Edit and proofread all content to ensure clarity, grammar, consistency, and factual accuracy before publishing, maintaining high-quality standards across all deliverables.

Maintain consistency in language, tone, and formatting across all content while following internal style guides and documentation standards.

Ensure timely delivery of all content deliverables as per defined timelines, campaign schedules, and business priorities.
