We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Technical Content Writer to transform sophisticated technology concepts into clear, engaging, and impactful narratives for both enterprise executives and technical stakeholders.

This is a remote, full-time position within our India-based marketing team. The incumbent will work closely with stakeholders in Canada and is expected to provide a minimum of four hours of daily overlap with Eastern Time.

In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Subject Matter Experts to architect content that strengthens thought leadership, accelerates demand generation, boosts organic search performance, and articulates the value proposition of modern technology solutions to key decision-makers.

This position requires a blend of exceptional writing talent and deep research capabilities to evaluate market trends, address target audience challenges, and deliver high-impact collateral across the full buyer lifecycle.

What you will do:-

• Conduct primary research to draft, refine, and publish long-form blogs, whitepapers, customer case studies, newsletters, and digital web copy.
• Develop comprehensive content strategies covering enterprise platforms (DXP), cloud infrastructure, system integrations, managed IT, data analytics, and artificial intelligence.
• Translate intricate technical topics into compelling messaging tailored for executive buyers, including CIOs, CTOs, and IT leadership.
• Execute SEO-focused content creation leveraging detailed keyword planning, user intent analysis, and competitive content mapping.
• Build specialized frameworks for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), including structured FAQs and conversational prompts.
• Engage directly with internal technical leaders to ensure subject accuracy, gather strategic insights, and author credible industry perspectives.
• Drive multi-channel demand generation programs by authoring high-converting landing pages, email sequences, social posts, and downloadable assets.
• Produce engaging collateral for corporate webinars, industry conferences, sales decks, and promotional campaign materials.
