Key responsibilities include creating blogs, case studies, whitepapers, product docs, and SEO-optimized content while maintaining brand tone and accuracy. Experience with CMS and analytics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in technical content writing, content marketing, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into easy-to-understand content.
• Experience writing for technology, software, SaaS, cloud, data analytics, or IT services domains.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools.
• Strong research, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and proofread technical and non-technical content.
• Create blogs, articles, case studies, website content, whitepapers, eBooks, and product documentation.

• Maintain consistency in tone, style, and brand messaging across all content.
