Job summary

Collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales is essential. Ideal candidates are proficient in English, can simplify technical ideas without sacrificing accuracy, and have experience with SEO tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, SaaS content writing, or similar.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, technology, AI, APIs, databases, or B2B software.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts without losing accuracy.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of SEO, search intent, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console/Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Surfer) is a plus.
• Ability to work with subject matter experts and independently gather technical information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines.

• Understand technical product features and translate them into simple, customer-friendly language.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to gather technical information.
• Interview subject matter experts and convert technical discussions into structured content.
• Create detailed how-to guides, product documentation, tutorials, comparisons, and educational resources.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search intent, topical authority, and organic rankings.

Requirements
