• Technical Writing & Research: translate complex technical concepts into easy‑to‑understand content for diverse audiences; conduct in‑depth research on industry trends, technologies, and competitors to create insightful content.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to maintain consistency across all communication channels.
• Implement SEO best practices, keyword optimization, and content structuring to boost organic reach of the content.
• Work closely with internal teams, developers, designers, and subject matter experts to craft impactful content.
• Edit, refine content based on feedback and industry best practices.
