Job summary

Fidelity International is seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Developer to join the Enterprise Service-Canada IT team in Gurgaon. You will drive cross-functional data initiatives, develop ETL mappings and SQL procedures, and collaborate with business units to understand data requirements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Informatica IPAAS ETL, 2+ years in Snowflake, Oracle and Salesforce CRM, plus strong data analysis and communication skills.

Qualifications

• University degree in CS or related field.
• 3+ years of ETL Informatica IPAAS development.
• 2+ years of Snowflake data warehouse experience.
• 3+ years of SQL/SnowScripting and procedure development.
• 3+ years of Oracle database development.
• 1+ years of AWS experience.
• Experience with data modelling tools.
• Strong technical and data analysis skills.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Data Warehouse technology team driving cross-functional data initiatives.
• Interact with Business units to understand technical requirements and data impact.
• Develop and optimize ETL mappings, workflows, and data ingestion.
• Create and tune SQL procedures and queries for Oracle and Snowflake.
• Provide on-call support and handle incidents and requests.
• Document data models and technical specifications.

About your team

The technology service team provides IT services to the Fidelity International business, globally. These include the development and support of business applications that underpin our revenue, operational, compliance, finance, legal, and marketing and customer service functions.

About your role

As an experienced DataWarehouse Development talent, you're expected to be able to Work as an integrated member of the Data Warehouse technology team and drive cross functional data initiatives from beginning to end with various business units, as well as interact with Business teams to better understand the technical functionality requirements and analyze data requirements and their impact to the existing systems.

About you

• Strong experience in working with various source and target systems (Snowflake, Oracle, Sales Force, API, flat files) using informatica iPaaS.
• Work with Salesforce CRM and BI team members to develop Informatica iPaaS ETL code to satisfy business requirements.
• Create ETL Mappings, Mapplets, Workflows, Worklets using Informatica iPaaS platform, particularly using Data Integration, Data Ingestion.
• Develop stored procedures, SQL queries and tune/optimize SQL code on Oracle and Snowflake databases.
• Perform administrative duties for IPAAS/IDMC application.
• Execute unit tests to ensure the accuracy of code changes, and to verify that data integrity and performance requirements are met.
• Participate in team's on-call support schedule, works on incident and enhancement/maintenance tickets assignments and delivers excellent technical support.
• Create and maintains technical documents, including data models.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• University Degree, preferably in Computer Science
• 3+ years of experience with ETL informatica development IPAAS
• 2+ years of experience with Snowflake data warehouse environment
• 3+ years of experience with SQL, SnowScripting and Procedure development
• 3+ years of development experience with Oracle database
• 1+ years of experience with AWS
• Experience with data modelling tools
• Strong technical and data analysis skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Customer service oriented
• Development experience in Mutual Funds industry is an asset
