Job summary

Kinsfolk Technology Private Limited is seeking a skilled Control-M Administrator to deploy, configure, and manage the Control-M environment across multiple clients. You will collaborate with project teams and customers, perform upgrades, and automate routine tasks using scripting.

The role requires strong debugging, scheduling, and reporting abilities, with ITIL-aligned practices guiding incident and change management.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and maintaining the BMC Control-M environment.
• Ability to deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Control-M components.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices as applied to scheduling operations.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, install, and configure BMC Control-M components.
• Manage the Control-M environment, including Control-M Server, EM, and Agents.
• Oversee integration and consolidation with other BMC tools and technologies.
• Manage change and configuration of servers using Control-M.
• Create reports and perform trend analysis to monitor scheduling efficiency.
• Create and manage role-based access control for system administrators and users.
• Collaborate with managers, developers, and customers during release planning, job scheduling, and monitoring tasks.
• Perform upgrades and migrations of Control-M from older to newer versions.
• Apply scripting skills to automate tasks and streamline operations.
• Troubleshoot errors, defects, and performance issues in Control-M components.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of ITIL processes as applied to Control-M operations.
• Prepare presentations, documentation, and maintain clear communication and interpersonal relations.
• Adhere to deadlines and be willing to work overtime when required.
• Utilize excellent English language skills for communication and reporting.
