Job summary

Keka Inc. is seeking an IT operations specialist with hands-on Control-M experience in production environments. You will monitor jobs, manage executions, retries, holds/releases and troubleshoot failures. Strong knowledge of batch processing and scheduling is required, plus the ability to coordinate with US-based stakeholders.

Knowledge of Freshworks/Freshservice and ITIL-based processes is a plus, with a readiness to learn new enterprise platforms as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Control-M in production or enterprise environments.
• Practical experience with job monitoring, execution, re-runs/restarts, holds/releases and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of batch processing and job scheduling concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues independently.
• Strong communication and willingness to work with US-based stakeholders.

• Ability to independently troubleshoot operational issues rather than relying solely on a Control-M administrator or SME.
• Experience implementing operational changes related to batch jobs/schedules.
• Strong problem-solving and incident-troubleshooting skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work directly with US-based stakeholders and participate in US-hours meetings when required.
• Willingness and ability to learn new enterprise platforms, particularly Freshworks/Freshservice.
