Job summary

Kinsfolk Technology Private Limited in Mumbai is seeking an ITSM integration specialist to customize and extend the BMC ITSM suite for enterprise clients. You will design DWPC catalogs, integrate with third-party tools via REST and SOAP, and guide requirements from client conversations through to sign-off.

You will work with DWPC Enhanced Catalogue, Smart IT and Smart Reporting, gather client needs, write technical docs, and deliver on time.

Job description

You will customize and extend the BMC ITSM suite for enterprise clients. That means building DWPC catalogs, integrating BMC with third-party tools, and taking each requirement from the first client conversation through to a signed-off delivery.

Qualification

BE, BTech, MCA, BSc or BCA in any IT or computer science stream, or equivalent experience.
