Description: Summary:
The main function of a technical consultant / analyst is to provide strategic guidance regarding technology and IT infrastructures and to enable major business processes through enhancements to IT. A technical consultant / analyst is responsible for analyzing the technical needs of their clients or employers and developing a tailored solution plan to meet these needs.

• Collaborate with clients or internal departments to understand their technology needs and design solutions to meet these requirements.
• Conduct in-depth assessments of the client's current systems and processes, offering recommendations for improvements or new system adoptions.
• Develop and present comprehensive analytical reports to clients or management, outlining solutions and the benefits of new technologies.
• Implement new systems, including configuring hardware and software and facilitating an effective transition from old to new systems.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and innovations relevant to the client's business.
• Provide ongoing support and technical assistance for all systems and projects implemented.

• Proven experience in IT consulting, systems analysis, or a similar field.
