Job summary
Bacancy Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Technical Analyst to bridge business needs with technical implementation.
You will analyze requirements, document functional specs, and collaborate with development teams to enable successful software delivery. Responsibilities include defining user stories, workflows, evaluating system needs, and supporting testing and UAT. You should communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work within Agile/Scrum teams using tools like
Qualifications
- Experience as Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Good knowledge of APIs, databases, web/mobile applications, integrations, and software architecture concepts.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman, SQL, or similar tools is preferred.
- IT services/software development experience is preferred.
