• 3 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT Services organization.
• Strong exposure to Digital Transformation Projects and AI/ML-based Solutions.
• Hands-on experience in pre-sales support and client-facing engagements.
• Excellent documentation skills (BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Process Flows).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to understand business challenges and digital goals.
• Conduct discovery sessions and requirement gathering workshops.
• Translate business requirements into solution concepts (Digital, AI, Automation, Cloud, etc.).
• Prepare high-quality documentation including: BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Process Flows.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and proposal submissions.
• Work closely with Sales and Solution Architects during client presentations.
• Lead detailed requirement gathering and stakeholder interviews.
• Create user stories, process flows, wireframes, and use case documentation.
• Define acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support UAT planning, test case validation, and sign-offs.
• Ensure scope clarity and manage requirement changes.
• Monitor deliverables to align with business objectives.
