Job summary

Intellics Global Services is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with 5.5 to 7 years of experience in the Banking domain to join our data solutions team in India. The role requires strong SQL/PL SQL skills, data modelling capabilities, and experience with ETL and data lineage.

You will translate business requirements into sustainable data models, collaborate with developers and testers, and contribute to end-to-end data solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5.5 to 7 years of overall experience in Technical Business Analysis.
• Strong hands-on experience in SQL / PL SQL.
• Experience in the Banking domain.
• Strong understanding of Data Modelling.
• Experience with ETL.
• Knowledge of Conceptual, Logical and Physical Data Models.
• Experience in Data Lineage and Source-to-Target Mapping.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into sustainable data model and technical solutions.
• Design and document conceptual, logical and physical data models.
• Prepare and maintain end-to-end Data Lineage documentation.
• Perform source-to-target mapping including complex transformations.
• Conduct data profiling and data gap analysis.
• Work closely with developers and testers during development and testing.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to understand and deliver business requirements.
• Support the Module Lead and work effectively as part of the team.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documentation and presentations.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, data management and problem-solving skills.
• Work independently as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
