Job summary

eClerx is seeking a detailed and technically strong Business Analyst with expertise in Data Warehousing and BI. The Technical BA will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements and translating them into functional and technical specs for data warehouse and analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst with data warehousing/BI/ETL projects.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts (ETL, OLAP, data marts, dimensional modeling).
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Experience with ETL tools (preferably Informatica).
• Knowledge of reporting/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Familiarity with data governance, lineage, and master data concepts.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and backlog management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical development team.
• Prepare BRD, use cases, and user stories.
• Support production releases and post-implementation reviews.
