Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure batch charging is done as per SOP.
• Monitor maintenance jobs.
• Carry out chemical handling safely.
• Follow directions of the Panel officer and shift in charge.
• Ensure work is performed by helpers and abide by safety norms.
• Follow safety norms to achieve zero breakdowns.
• Carry out sampling and send to QC for analysis.
• Control the process parameters on field.
• Look after manpower handling.
• Ensure to follow safety norms to achieve zero accidents.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis of safety and process safety incidents; monitor CAPA.
• Support Process safety and Responsible Care initiatives.
• Report any near miss, incident, or non-compliance.
• Complete any other assignment given by seniors.

Job description

We are looking for candidates interested in Technical Associate - Manufacturing (Field)for our Dahej Plant, with Diploma in Chemical & 3 to 5 years of experience.

Designation: Technical Associate - Manufacturing (Field).

Office Location: Dahej

Position description: To ensure the smooth running of the production process.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that batch charging is done as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Monitor the maintenance jobs
• Doing chemical handling by his own hand.
• Follow the instructions given by Panel officer and shift in charge.
• Ensure work is being done by helpers and the abide to all the safety norms
• Follow the safety norms to achieve zero breakdown
• Carry out sampling process and send the samples to QC for analysis
• Controlling the process parameters on field
• Look after the manpower handling
• Ensure to follow safety norms to achieve zero accidents
• To participate in Root Cause Analysis of Various safety and process safety incidents, Monitor and ensure implementation of CAPA ( Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions)
• To Support Various Process safety and Responsible Care Initiatives
• Report any near miss / incident or any non compliance
• Responsible to complete any other assignment given by the seniors
