Job summary

Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd. in Dahej is seeking a Technical Associate-Manufacturing (Panel) with BE/BTech in Chemical and 4–5 years of experience in DCS Yokogawa.

You will monitor process parameters, update BMR, follow SOPs and participate in safety initiatives, CAPA, and root cause analysis under the Manufacturing Department.

Qualifications

• Essential: BE/BTECH Chemical
• Preferred: BE/BTECH Chemical
• Experience: 4 to 5 years
• Experience in Handling DCS - Yokogawa

Responsibilities

• Maintain Temperature and Vacuum Parameters in reactors
• Monitor the stock of raw materials through DCS
• Updating BMR on basis of DCS
• Follow the process according to the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
• Ensure 100% safety to achieve zero Breakdown
• Communicate with the field officers regarding changes
• Report any near miss /incident or any non-compliance
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis of various safety and process safety incidents; monitor and ensure implementation of CAPA
• Support various Process safety and Responsible Care Initiatives
• Complete any other assignment given by the seniors

Job Purpose

To ensure production of Intermediate Plant with specified quantity & quality by achieving targeted efficiency norms.

Role and Responsibilities:

Operational:

Maintain Temperature and Vacuum Parameters in reactors
