Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Technical Architect Java to design and drive scalable enterprise applications in Pune and Chennai. The role demands deep expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices, with hands-on architecture and leadership responsibilities.

The successful candidate will lead architecture decisions, mentor teams, and collaborate across business, architecture, and engineering functions to deliver robust cloud-native solutions using AWS/Azure, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Java/J2EE experience.
• Expert in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and design patterns.
• Experience leading architecture, design frameworks, and mentoring teams.
• Experience with cloud, DevOps, and containerization is preferred.
