Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Office 365 and Enterprise Mobility expert to lead design, deployment, and administration across large-scale environments in Maharashtra.

You will translate business requirements into architectural designs, implement Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online/Hybrid, and MS Teams migrations, and collaborate with global teams to deliver secure, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and deploying Office 365 environments at enterprise scale.
• Strong understanding of Azure AD, MDM/EMS, and identity/access management.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into architectural designs and implementations.

Job description

• Surface and analyze customer business requirements.
• Translate requirements into an Architectural design and influence the deployment of key infrastructure components.
• Design, construct, configure, and maintain all faces of an Office 365 Tenant.
• Plan and Execute an end-to-end implementation of the target workloads.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of existing and emerging Office 365 and related core technologies.
• Proactively responding to internal and external technical communities.
• Ability to identify, scope, and refer opportunities for additional sales for Planet provided services and offerings.
• Participate in presales calls and activities.
• Proactively help customers make more complex decisions around features and capabilities.
• Help internal sales team provide solutions to customers requirements.
• Ability to implement related technologies and understand their dependencies in complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to proactively collaborate across internal, customer, and key partner teams.

• Good hands on experience on Exchange online and Exchange on prem, installation, configuration and up-gradation in standalone and hybrid mode including protection of data & mailflow.
• Good hands on experience on Exchange migration on prem to online, tenant to tenant, using the native or third-party migration tool.
• Good hands on experience on installation, configuration of Skype for Business/MS Teams, up-gradation in standalone and hybrid mode.
• Good hands on experience on migration - Skype for Business to MS Teams, tenant to tenant, third party to MS Teams, using the native or third-party migration tool.
• Experience on Voice and Networking, unified communication.
• Having expertise in MDM (Mobile Device Management) & MAM (Mobile Application Management) enablement and configuration.
• Enrollment of users & devices (Managed & unmanaged).
• Hands-on experience on Intune green field deployment.
• Planning for Intune adoption.
• Setting up and configuring Intune with enforcing policies and rules.
• Knowledge on Azure Active Directory and Intune connector for Azure AD for AutoPilot enrollment.
• Integration of SCCM with Intune for co-managed of endpoint devices.
• Hands-on experience in Enterprise Mobility and Security for access and data protection.
• Deploy and authenticate apps on devices -- on-premises and mobile.
• Good knowledge on compliance and conditional access.
• Providing guidance and best practices to SME and Team on the ground.
• Having good analytical power to assessment and readiness of customer environment.
