Job summary

Jumbo Consultants in Chennai seeks a senior technical leader to design enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 and cloud architectures, acting as SPOC for clients and guiding cross-functional teams.

You will drive pre-sales, define roadmaps, and ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture, backed by 12+ years of consulting and Microsoft 365 certifications.

Qualifications

• A consulting background with 12+ years of experience and a proven record of delivering solutions within defined timeframes.
• Solid exposure in all Microsoft 365 offerings, not limited to Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Enterprise Voice, Mobile Device Management, Active Directory, Azure AD, Directory synchronization services, Modern workplace, Enterprise Mobility, Azure Virtual Desktops, Microsoft Viva, Security & Compliance, Power Platform, CoPilot and Windows 365
• Understanding of PaaS, IaaS (Azure/AWS) and Microsoft 365 integration with 3rd party services
• Expert Certifications in Microsoft 365 workloads and basic understanding of networking concepts (CCNA)

Responsibilities

• Design complex, enterprise-scale solutions and plan a multifaceted technical architecture roadmap.
• Serve as the highest-level technical consultant to clients and management to ensure conformity with Enterprise Architecture.
• Act as SPOC and set the technical direction for the team supporting applications and customers.
• Develop and maintain architectures for a line of business aligned with Enterprise Architecture.
• Solve complex technical objectives with minimal supervision and drive quality, maintainability, and extensibility for infrastructure.
• Collaborate across technical resources and business managers to ensure project success.
• Lead pre-sales activities and guide opportunities from client interactions.

Responsibilities-

• Ability to have in-depth experience in designing complex, enterprise scale solutions, ability to design, and plan & implement a multifaceted technical architecture road-map
• Serve as the highest-level technical consultant to HCL clients and technical management to ensure conformity with Enterprise Architecture
• Serve as a SPOC and sets the technical direction for the other technical resources supporting the applications and customers
• Acts in a strategic role in the development and maintenance of architectures for a line of business or infrastructure sub-domain that are in compliance with the Enterprise Architecture
• Highly motivated and self-driven, capable of solving complex technical objectives without supervision
• Responsible to assure quality, maintainability, and extensibility for supported infrastructure
• Demonstrate capability to work with a wide range of both technical resources and business managers
• Demonstrate problem analysis and solving skills including complex problems
• Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions that leverages the most innovative Microsoft technologies
• Actively participates in pre-sales activities, collaborating with clients and sales executives & guide opportunities that arise from client interactions

• Projects (Transition & Transformation) - Effort estimation of deliverables, creation of technical plans/workflows, proof of concepts, and Statement of Work/s.
• Identify/evaluate areas of opportunities, & propose Automation techniques (attended/unattended) using Microsoft and HCLs RPA offerings for streamlining business processes.
• Workplace Governance Evaluate/assess customers infra, identify gaps, risks and define/drive service improvements
• Expertise in migrations (mergers/separations) of all M365 workloads
