Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in software/ cloud data or solution architecture.
• Strong expertise in AI, ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.
• Experience with Azure/AWS/Google Cloud AI platforms.
• Experience with MLOps, containerization, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Delivery management of AI platform architecture, scalability, and deployment.
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certifications; governance & security frameworks.
• Stakeholder management and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern enterprise AI architecture and define standards.
• Lead solution architecture for AI products, platforms, and transformation programs.
• Drive MLOps/LLMOps, model lifecycle, observability, governance, and security.
• Ensure integration of AI with enterprise apps, cloud platforms, and data ecosystems.

BGSW is looking for an experiencedAI Technology Architectto design, govern, and scale enterprise AI solutions across the organization. In this role, you will define AI architecture standards, drive technical excellence, and enable the successful adoption of AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI technologies across business functions. You will work closely with global teams to build secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade AI platforms that deliver business value.

Design and define enterprise architecture for AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.

Develop architecture standards, reference architectures, reusable frameworks, and best practices for enterprise AI adoption.

Lead solution architecture for strategic AI products, platforms, and transformation initiatives.

Drive AI engineering excellence throughMLOps,LLMOps, model lifecycle management, observability, governance, and security.

Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, APIs, and data ecosystems.

Providearchitectural guidance throughout the solution lifecycle—from design and development to deployment and production support.

Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions aligned with businessobjectives.

Collaborate with engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and business teams to deliver scalable and resilient AI platforms.

Mentor engineering teams and promote architecture best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, ora relateddiscipline.

Experience :

15+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Data Engineering, or Solution Architecture.

Strongexpertisein Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI.

Experience with Azure AI, AWS AI, Google Cloud AI, or equivalent cloud AI platforms.

Experience withMLOps, containerization, APIs, microservices, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise integration.

Strong delivery management of AI platform architecture, scalability, and production deployment.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Mandatory Skills :

TOGAF or equivalent architecture certifications.

Experience with enterprise governance and security frameworks.

Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.

Preferred Skills :

SAP S/4HANA transformation exposure

Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Experience working with global delivery teams
