Job summary

Litmus7 Systems Consulting is seeking an Architecture Leader to guide enterprise-scale platforms in the retail/eCommerce space, overseeing frontend architecture, data engineering, microservices, and cloud-native Java stacks.

You will mentor high-performing teams, engage with senior client leadership, and translate business goals into scalable technology strategies, delivering innovation with delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in architecture leadership or similar roles.
• Expert in one primary area with working knowledge of adjacent stacks (Frontend/UI Architecture OR AI/Data Engineering OR Microservices, Java & Cloud Native OR Commerce Technologies).
• Strong foundation in software design, integration patterns, and system scalability.
• Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and define their strategic relevance.
• Proven experience in retail or eCommerce solution landscapes such as omnichannel experience, order management, customer analytics, or supply chain digitization.
• Cross‑functional expertise, with the ability to collaborate across data, applications, infrastructure, and customer experience teams.
