Job summary

Think People Solutions is seeking an accomplished technology leader to drive enterprise architecture and scalable D2C/e-commerce platforms. You will steer API-led integration, cloud-native design and multi-system integrations across ERP, OMS, WMS, POS, CRM and logistics.

Responsibilities include defining roadmaps, governance of architecture, mentoring senior engineers and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver high-performance, secure systems.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years of experience in technology architecture, software engineering or technology leadership.
• Strong experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, Principal Architect or Lead Architect.
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable technology architectures.
• Experience in D2C, e-commerce, retail, consumer tech or omnichannel businesses.
• Hands-on expertise in APIs, microservices, cloud architecture and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of ERP, OMS, WMS, POS, CRM and third‑party integrations.
