GRPL India invites applications for a Technical Architect role in Lucknow. The candidate will lead design and implementation of BSS/OSS solutions, guiding vendors and internal teams to achieve business objectives and technology roadmap alignment.

The role requires 5+ years in telecom BSS/OSS, strong enterprise architecture knowledge, and experience with TOFA, SOA, microservices, cloud platforms, and big data. Immediate joiners preferred and Openings: 2.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in telecom BSS/OSS architecture and design.
• Proven track record delivering complex BSS/OSS projects.
• In-depth knowledge of BSS/OSS areas including billing, provisioning, inventory, CRM, and network management.
• Strong enterprise architecture principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
• Experience with TOFA, SOA, microservices, cloud platforms, and big data.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• AWS experience considered a plus.

• Analyze existing BSS/OSS landscape and identify opportunities for optimization and modernization.

• Stay up‑to‑date with trends in BSS/OSS technologies and mitigate technical risks.
• Present and defend technical solutions to stakeholders with strong Buy‑in.
