• Proven Java/J2EE experience with Spring Boot and microservices.
• Strong System Design expertise in both HLD and LLD.

• Experience building and tuning low-latency, highly available systems.
• Solid database design skills (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or Datadog.
• Commitment to clean architecture, performance engineering and continuous improvement.

• Driving High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for complex, distributed applications
• Building for reliability — fault tolerance, resiliency, and graceful degradation at scale
• Implementing strong observability practices — logging, metrics, tracing, and monitoring
• Staying hands‑on with development, code reviews, and technical mentorship
• Collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience in Java / J2EE and related frameworks (Spring Boot, Microservices) and Cloud.
• Proven expertise in System Design — both HLD and LLD
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, caching, and messaging/event-driven architectures
• Experience building and tuning systems for low latency and high availability
• Strong grasp of database design — SQL and NoSQL
