Job summary

mPokket in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Backend Architect to design scalable, resilient distributed systems and lead technical design discussions. You will define solution architectures, review microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven patterns, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and SRE teams to deliver high-quality software.

The role requires 7–10 years of backend engineering, hands-on Java (17+), Spring stack, and a solid grasp of HA, caching, and DDD/Clean/Hexagonal

• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
• Experience building scalable, high-performance backend applications
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture
• Experience designing scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant distributed systems
