Experience: 10+ years

Role Overview

We are seeking a Principal Software Architect with 10+ years of experience to define and govern the technology roadmap for our enterprise industrial platform. You will lead system design across modern .NET and frontend stacks, establish technical governance, oversee legacy application modernization, and drive non-functional requirements across scalability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Governance: Define, document, and govern end-to-end architecture for an enterprise-scale industrial platform.
• Technical Leadership: Conduct code reviews, establish engineering standards, and approve critical architecture decisions.
• Legacy Modernization: Guide migration patterns and strategies to transition legacy PHP/JavaScript applications into modernized architectures.
• System Design & NFRs: Design modern modular monolith and microservices patterns, API architectures, IAM protocols, observability solutions, and performance optimizations.

Qualifications & Tech Stack

• Experience: 10+ years of software engineering and architecture experience, preferably with industrial-scale enterprise systems.
• Core Backend: Strong expertise in .NET 8/10, ASP.NET Core, NativeAOT, and MariaDB/MySQL.
• Frontend & APIs: Deep proficiency in React, TypeScript, and REST/OpenAPI standards.
• Patterns & Practices: Mastery of modular monoliths, microservices, IAM, system observability, and non-functional requirement (NFR) design.

Desirable Skills

• Hands-on experience with RHEL, containerization (Podman/Docker), and edge/ingress tooling like Traefik.
• Identity and access management expertise using Keycloak and OIDC.
