The ideal candidate has 15+ years of enterprise software experience on Microsoft technology, plus 3+ years as a software architect for complex products, with strong leadership and cloud/on-prem expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years in enterprise-level SW product development on Microsoft technology stack.
• 3+ years as Software Architect for complex enterprise products.
• Proven track record designing and implementing enterprise-level software solutions.
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies, architectural styles, and design patterns.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
• Strong leadership and communication with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in On-Prem and Cloud-based architectures, microservices, and containers.
• Nice to have TOGAF or AWS Solutions Architect certs.
• Focus on cyber security across architecture, design, development, testing, and CI.
• Architect in large Agile ecosystems, CI/CD friendly enterprise products.

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Level Software Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Enterprise Level Software Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex software solutions for our enterprise-level systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the architecture aligns with business objectives and technological strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering scalable and robust enterprise software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performing, and secure enterprise-level software solutions in a Scaled Global Product Organization spread over multiple geographies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to support the development of enterprise-level software solutions.
• Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in software architecture and development processes.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure the software product can be deployed, managed, and scaled effectively.
• Conduct performance analysis and optimization of the software product.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Ensure that the product complies to the Cyber Security standards as mandated by the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 15+ years of experience working in enterprise level SW product development based on Microsoft Technology Stack.
• 3+ years of experience as a Software Architect for complex Enterprise Software Product.
• Proven experience as a Software Architect, specifically in designing and implementing enterprise-level software solutions.
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies, architectural styles, and design patterns.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in both On-Prem and Coud-based architectures, microservices, and containerization technologies.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
• Demonstrated capabilities in
• Ensuring highest standards of Cyber Security is all aspects of product development (architecture, design, development, testing and continuous integration).
• Playing the role of an architect in a large Agile ecosystem.
• Developing CI/CD friendly Enterprise SW products.
• Igniting and sustaining innovation as a culture from a technical dimension
• Communicating effectively and inspiring teams with a strong technical vision while taking care of the Architectural runway of the product.
• Big picture thinking.
• NET 4.6 and above, C#, C++, WCF, ASP.NET with MVC,ADO.NET, REST, Java Script, Angular, Microsoft Report Builder, ASP.Net web services, Type Script, TLS, IIS configuration, COM, DCOM, HTML 5, MSTest (unit test framework), LINQ, MQTT, MSMQ.
• Experience or knowledge on Rust programming language
• Understating on Protocols like Modbus, BACnet etc.
• Should have domain experience in Edge/Comms/Products
• Best practices in CI/CD
