Job summary

Annapurna Finance seeks a Technical Analyst for Newgen LOS to act as SPOC between the bank and the LOS vendor. You will translate business requirements into technical specs, coordinate configurations, and ensure stable integrations, data flows, and compliance readiness.

Prior Newgen LOS exposure is highly desirable, with understanding of KYC, underwriting, and risk controls essential. You will work with internal stakeholders, product and support teams to map processes to the LOS architecture,

Job description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Analyst Newgen LOS who will act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between Annapurna Finance and Newgen for all technical matters related to the Loan Origination System (LOS).

The incumbent will be responsible for understanding business/functional and technical requirements from Annapurna Finance, translating them into system requirements, coordinating with Newgen implementation/support teams, and ensuring smooth integration, customization, and stability of the Newgen LOS platform.

Prior experience with Newgen LOS is highly desirable; experience with other LOS platforms will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical SPOC & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary technical SPOC for all LOS-related activities between Annapurna Finance, Newgen and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
• Engage with Newgen product, implementation, and support teams for configuration, customization, issue resolution, and enhancements.

2. Requirement Analysis & Solution Design

• Analyze functional and technical requirements related to Loan Origination, KYC, Credit Checks, Risk Analysis, Underwriting, Documentation, and Disbursements.
• Map Annapurna Finance requirements to Newgen LOS architecture components such as:
  • Process Modeler, Form Builder, BRE, MDM
  • Integrations via APIs (Credit Bureau, KYC, AML, Dedupe, Payments, etc.)
  • Document Management, Analytics, Reports & Dashboards
• Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD),Technical Requirement Documents (TRD) and Business requirements (BRD)

3. LOS Configuration & Integration

• Support configuration of workflows, business rules, credit policies, and approval matrices in LOS.
• Oversee integrations with internal and external systems including:
  • Loan Management System
  • Credit Bureaus, AML, KYC, NRLM verifications
  • Payment Gateways / eNach
  • MIS, Dedupe systems
• Validate API specifications (REST / XML / JSON) and integration flows.

4. Testing & Implementation Support

• Support SIT, UAT, and Production deployments.
• Coordinate defect tracking, root cause analysis, and resolution with Newgen.
• Ensure regression testing during upgrades, patches, or enhancements.

5. Production Support & Governance

• Provide ongoing technical support and monitoring of LOS applications.
• Handle incident management, change requests, and version upgrades.
• Ensure system performance, data integrity, audit trails, and compliance readiness.

6. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain updated technical documentation, integration diagrams, and configuration details.

Support audits, regulatory reviews, and internal IT governance processes.

Technical Skills & Competencies

Mandatory Skills

• Strong understanding of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) architecture and workflows.
• Hands-on experience in system integrations using APIs (REST / SOAP / XML / JSON).
• Knowledge of credit lifecycle, KYC, underwriting, risk analysis, and disbursement processes.
• Experience with databases (SQL Server / PostgreSQL preferred).
• Ability to read logs, debug integration issues, and support production environments.

Preferred / Advantage Skills

• Prior experience with Newgen LOS.
• Experience with other LOS platforms.
• Understanding of microservices-based architecture and cloud-ready systems.
• Familiarity with security concepts (AD, IAM, SIEM, WAF).
• Exposure to analytics, reporting, and dashboards in lending platforms.
