Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank in Mumbai is seeking a candidate to work on key LOS projects, including the CLOS digitization and automation of loan processing, to enhance customer experience.

You will support credit teams, conduct back testing, and help optimize screens, tabs, and workflows within the LOS system. A strong IT and banking background is essential. This role requires self-motivation, clear communication, and the ability to interact with internal stakeholders.

Job description

Role & responsibilities:

• Closely work on the key projects like CLOS (digitization & automation of loan processing system) for better customer experience.
• Doing back testing for points proposed to be deployed in LOS.
• Identifying key areas of improvement in CLOS screens/ tabs/ tables/ workflows/ DOPs/ FICO/BRE.
• Providing support to credit teams in explaining/navigating them through all the relevant tabs/screens in the LOS system.
• Having entire knowledge of the LOS system w.r.t inputing details in respective fields different screens, Tabs, workflows,etc.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Candidates having understanding on the Credit aspect of Working Capital business and also having working experience in LOS systems would be preferred..
• A master's degree in Information Technology, business administration, CA, finance, or a related field, along with relevant years of experience in banking.
• Excellent analytical skills, software knowledge, IT background.
• Self-driven, strong communication, go-getter attitude and ability to interact with internal stakeholders.
