Job summary

AU Small Finance Bank is seeking a Technical Analyst - Debit Card in Mumbai to manage cards payments projects and end-to-end delivery.

The role covers requirements gathering, testing, SIT/UAT coordination, and certifications with Visa, Mastercard, and RuPay, with emphasis on EMV and ISO8583 standards. Collaboration with vendors and stakeholders is essential for successful deliveries.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Banking IT, Cards, or Payments domain.
• Strong knowledge of ATM, Debit Card, POS and Payment Switch ecosystems.
• Experience with payment certifications including Visa, Mastercard, and RuPay (NPCI).
• Understanding of EMV, ISO8583 and card payment standards.
• Experience in gathering requirements, testing, UAT/SIT, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of SDLC, system integrations, middleware, SOA, and n-tier architecture.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects and BAU for ATM, Debit Cards, Prepaid Cards, and Payment Systems.
• Gather requirements, perform solution fitment, gap analysis, risk assessment, and post go-live support.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, and certifications with Visa, Mastercard, and RuPay.
• Work with business users, vendors, and service providers for project delivery and issue resolution.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Support regulatory audits and production processing improvements.
• Provide leadership updates and issue tracking.

Technical Analyst - Debit Card

Location: Mumbai (Onsite)

Experience: 4 + Years (Banking / Payments Domain)

We are looking for a Cards Payments Professional with experience in Debit Cards, ATM, POS, Payment Switches, and Payment Certifications to manage projects, system enhancements, certifications, and end-to-end delivery for Cards Payments platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects and BAU initiatives for ATM, Debit Cards, Prepaid Cards, and Payment Systems.
• Gather requirements, perform solution fitment, gap analysis, risk assessment, and post go-live support.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, and certifications with Visa, Mastercard, and RuPay.
• Work closely with business users, vendors, and service providers for project delivery and issue resolution.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Support regulatory, statutory, and internal audits.
• Drive payment processing initiatives, testing activities, and production support.
• Provide leadership updates, project status reports, and issue tracking.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in Banking IT, Cards, or Payments domain.
• Strong knowledge of ATM, Debit Card, POS, and Payment Switch ecosystems.
• Experience with payment certifications including Visa, Mastercard, and RuPay (NPCI).
• Understanding of EMV, ISO8583, and card payment standards.
• Experience in requirement gathering, testing, UAT, SIT, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of SDLC, system integrations, middleware, SOA, and n-tier architecture.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and analytical skills.

Good to Have:

• Oracle / MS SQL knowledge.
• Experience in Digital Payments, Risk Monitoring, or Transaction Processing systems.

Preferred:

• Experience in implementing Debit Card, ATM, or Payment solutions in a banking environment.
