Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Tech Specialist, Network to design, deploy, and optimize enterprise networking across multi-site environments in Bengaluru.

You will work with Meraki, Cisco, Netskope, Fortinet, Barracuda, and Azure networking to deliver secure, high-performance connectivity, SD-WAN, VPNs, and cloud access security.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, capacity planning, and collaboration with security and IT teams to maintain resilient networks.

Qualifications

• Design, deploy, and manage Meraki SD-WAN and WAN solutions across multi-site environments.
• Optimize WAN performance with QoS, traffic shaping, and intelligent path selection.
• Conduct capacity planning and network assessments for business growth.
• Troubleshoot complex SD-WAN connectivity and performance issues.
• Administer Netskope SASE platform including SWG, CASB, and DLP policies.
• Define and enforce cloud access security policies per standards.
• Monitor cloud traffic, investigate incidents, and respond to violations.
• Design and manage Cisco routing/switching (IOS/IOS-XE) environments.
• Manage Cisco ISE for network access control and 802.1X.
