Job summary

Arting Digital Private Limited is hiring a Tech Lead—Python to guide architecture and hands‑on development in Pune. You will mentor engineers, drive code quality, and collaborate with product teams to deliver scalable applications.

The role expects 7–9 years of Python experience, proficiency with major Python frameworks, and cloud/container familiarity. This is a full‑time, on‑site position in Baner, Pune.

Qualifications

7–9 years overall experience, primarily in Python
Strong with Python frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI)
Solid grasp of DS/algorithms, OOP, REST APIs
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
Prior Tech Lead or senior IC experience with team mentoring
Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP) & Docker/Kubernetes is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and hands‑on development in Python
Write, review, and optimize production code
Mentor engineers and drive code quality/best practices
Collaborate with product & cross‑functional teams
Own technical decisions and resolve performance/scalability issues
