Job summary

Evince Development Pvt. Ltd. (EvinceDev) is seeking a senior frontend/backend developer to architect and build scalable, high-performance web applications using Node.js, React.js, and Next.js.

The role focuses on creating interactive diagrams with React Flow, building RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and ensuring security and performance across client and server components. You will collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams, lead code reviews, mentor juniors, and contribute to documentation to keep

• 5+ years of professional Node.js and React.js experience.
• Strong knowledge of React Flow and Next.js.
• Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, HTML, CSS, and Git.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

• Architect and develop complex, high-performance web applications using Node.js, React.js, Next.js, and related modern technologies.
• Build interactive front-end workflows with React Flow, integrating dynamic node-based visual editors and data-driven flows.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
• Proven experience in designing and developing RESTful and GraphQL APIs with optimized backend performance.
• Implement effective security protocols, data protection measures, and efficient storage and caching solutions.
• Hands-on experience with React.js workflows like Flux, Redux, React Query, and Create React App.
• Deep understanding of React fundamentals- JSX, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, hooks, and state management.
• Work with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using Next.js for SEO and performance optimization.
• Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code across both client and server-side components.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Node.js, React.js, and Next.js trends, features, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain all server-side network components using Node.js and Express.js.
• Ensure optimal performance and responsiveness of applications, integrating with front-end and external APIs seamlessly.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps) to ensure smooth integration and timely delivery.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce clean coding standards.
• Contribute to architecture and design discussions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Prepare technical documentation, API guides, and knowledge-sharing resources.

Must Have Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Node.js and React.js development, working on scalable production-grade applications.
• Strong understanding of React Flow for building interactive diagrams, node-based workflows, or process visualizations.
• Strong understanding of Next.js for SSR, routing, data fetching, and application structure.
• Deep knowledge of React concepts, hooks, component optimization, and performance tuning.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, HTML, CSS, and version control (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or SVN).
• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Proficiency with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Gulp, or Rollup.js.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and DOM manipulation.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging ability across client and server contexts.
