Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Solution Architect - MERN to lead scalable full-stack web applications, drive technical excellence, and ensure secure, high-quality software solutions. You will design and implement React + TypeScript UI, manage state with Redux, integrate GraphQL with Apollo, and deploy on AWS.

You will promote accessibility, internationalization, and code quality in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of full-stack development experience
• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and AWS Cloud services
• Expertise in ReactJS framework including JSX/TSX, Redux/Redux Toolkit, Middleware, and Routing
• Knowledge of Lifecycle methods, Hooks, HOC, Memoization, and Optimization
• Proficiency with NextJS, Apollo GraphQL Client, and familiarity with web theming and SCSS
• Understanding of web accessibility (AA standards) and internationalization
• Background in web security practices and user authentication strategies
• Competency in unit testing using RTL and familiarity with agile project management practices

• Oversee the integration of Apollo GraphQL Client to manage data and state in a networked React app
• Ensure internationalization and web accessibility (AA standard) compliance across all web applications
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, utilizing its various services to optimize architecture and performance
• Maintain brand consistency using theming libraries and ensure high-quality user interfaces with HTML/CSS and SCSS
• Enhance application security and user authentication, safeguarding user data and compliance with modern web security protocols
• Develop, implement, and oversee unit testing strategies using React Testing Library to ensure robust and error-free code
• Collaborate in an agile environment, manage tasks and timelines effectively using agile methodologies
• Mentor and guide developers, promoting a culture of learning and growth within the team
