Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and AWS Cloud.
• Expertise in ReactJS with JSX/TSX, Redux, and routing.
• Knowledge of accessibility (AA standards) and internationalization.
• Experience with unit testing using RTL and modern testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of scalable, high-performing full-stack web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, ReactJS, and AWS Cloud.
• Design and implement advanced components in ReactJS with TypeScript, manage state with Redux or Redux Toolkit, and ensure code efficiency and reusability.
• Oversee the integration of Apollo GraphQL Client to manage data and state in a networked React app.
• Ensure internationalization and web accessibility (AA standard) compliance across all web applications.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, utilizing services to optimize architecture and performance.
• Maintain brand consistency using theming libraries and ensure high-quality UIs with HTML/CSS/SCSS.
• Enhance application security and user authentication; ensure robust security practices.
• Develop, implement, and oversee unit testing strategies using React Testing Library.
• Collaborate in an agile environment; mentor developers and promote learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of full-stack development experience
• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and AWS Cloud services
• Expertise in ReactJS framework including JSX/TSX, Redux/Redux Toolkit, Middleware, and Routing
• Knowledge of Lifecycle methods, Hooks, HOC, Memoization, and Optimization
• Proficiency with NextJS, Apollo GraphQL Client, and familiarity with web theming and SCSS
• Understanding of web accessibility (AA standards) and internationalization
• Background in web security practices and user authentication strategies
• Competency in unit testing using RTL and familiarity with agile project management practices
