Our Full Stack team is passionate about technology, and we love building scalable web solutions, keeping performance in mind. We are looking for a hands‑on Full‑Stack Tech Lead (.NET + React) who can lead a pod of 4–5 engineers while actively contributing to production code. This is not a pure solutioning or managerial role, where you will be expected to design, build, review, and deliver features across backend and frontend, while acting as a technical anchor for client engagements. You will play a key role in driving delivery for strategic client accounts, establishing strong technical credibility with clients, and balancing coding, leadership, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute 50–60% hands‑on coding across .NET (C#) and React.js
- Design and develop scalable backend services using ASP.NET Core / Web API
- Build performant, maintainable frontend applications using React / Next.js
- Write clean, testable, production‑grade code and conduct thorough code reviews
- Troubleshoot complex production issues across frontend, backend, and integrations
- Lead a team of engineers with clear ownership of delivery
- Drive sprint planning, task breakdown, and execution
- Mentor engineers and uplift team quality and productivity
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices
- Act as a technical SPOC for clients
- Participate in requirement discussions, estimations, and solution approaches
- Build strong client trust through consistent delivery and technical depth
- Identify opportunities for account growth, optimization, and improvements
- Design scalable architectures for enterprise‑grade applications
- Guide frontend architecture (React, state management, performance optimization)
- Design backend systems (API design, database modeling, security)
- Implement best practices for caching, scalability, and fault tolerance
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Implement testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E)
- Introduce AI‑assisted development workflows (code review, test generation)
- Ensure performance monitoring, logging, and observability standards
Person Specification And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in full‑stack development
- Strong hands‑on expertise in:
- .NET Core / ASP.NET Core / Web API
- React.js (Next.js preferred)
- Strong experience in C#, LINQ, async programming, and API design
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server/PostgreSQL)
- Solid understanding of frontend state management and performance optimization
- Proven experience leading small teams (4–6 engineers) while coding actively
- Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills across full‑stack systems
- Experience working directly with clients (requirement gathering, delivery ownership)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Knowledge of GraphQL or modern API design approaches
- Experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, etc.)
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments
- Experience with caching (Redis), messaging systems, or event‑driven architecture
- Exposure to multi‑tenant SaaS architecture
- Experience contributing to pre‑sales, POCs, or technical proposals
Major Highlights For The Role
- Someone who codes regularly and enjoys solving real engineering problems
- A leader who can balance delivery, team mentorship, and client communication
