Job summary

ACL Digital seeks an experienced embedded systems professional to lead multiple projects, interact with US/European customers, and drive C-based development across bare metal, RTOS, and Linux kernel environments.

The role emphasizes architecture design, team mentoring, and strong communication to deliver high-quality embedded solutions for global clients.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with customer interaction (US and Europe preferred).
• Excellent programming skills in C.
• Understanding of Cortex-A series, ARM processors, and other general-purpose microcontrollers.
• Working experience of bare metal, RTOS, device driver development.
• Experience with Linux kernel and Linux user-space programming, device drivers for embedded systems.
• Experience architecting embedded systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good debugging skills and hands-on with coding and tool usage.
• Experience with project planning, daily task tracking, and customer deliverables is advantageous.
