Qualifications

• Lead multiple embedded projects with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with customer interaction, US/Europe preferred.
• Proficient in C programming for embedded systems.
• Understanding Cortex-A and ARM microcontrollers architectures.
• Experience with bare-metal, RTOS, and device drivers.
• Linux kernel and user-space programming, driver development.
• Ability to architect embedded systems and define tech direction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent debugging skills with hands-on tool usage.
• Experience in project planning and delivering customer commitments.

Experience Required : 8+ Years of Experience

Job Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Shift Timings : 10 AM to 7 PM (Mon-Fri)

Job Functions / Responsibilities:

Area of Expertise:

• Experienced with leading multiple projects simultaneously
• Experienced with customer interaction (US and Europe preferred) is a must
• Excellent Programming Skills in C
• Understanding of various processor and microcontroller architecture like Cortex-A series, ARM series processors etc. and other general-purpose microcontrollers
• Working experience of on bare metal, RTOS, device driver development
• Experienced with Linux Kernel and Linux application space programming skills, device driver embedded systems
• Working experience of architecting embedded systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good Debugging skills and hands-on with coding and tool usage
• Experienced with project planning, tracking daily tasks, and customer deliverables will be an added advantage

Other Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication is a must
• Direct customer (US or Europe-based) interaction is a must
• Experienced working onsite with US or Europe-based customers is a must
• Experienced with people management aspects
• Mentoring people and creating a healthy hierarchy
• Fit of on-site engagements and customer visits when required
