Synergy Marine Group in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and operate AI-powered products end-to-end. You will own complex features across backend, frontend, and cloud, mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence.

You will lead design and delivery of AI platform capabilities, define architectures and best practices, build scalable backend services, and manage AWS deployments for scale and cost efficiency.

Competenze

• Experience with backend Node.js (TypeScript) and Python.
• Proficient with AWS services (EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch).
• Strong frontend experience with React and UI state management.

About the Role

We're hiring a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and operate AI-powered products end-to-end. You'll own complex features across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure - combining strong full-stack engineering with a passion for building intelligent, AI-driven applications - while mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead design and delivery of end-to-end AI products and platform capabilities
• Define architecture, coding standards and best practices across backend, frontend and data layers
• Build scalable, secure backend services and REST/ GraphQL APIs
• Lead data-centric React UIs: dashboards, tables, workflows, audit trails
• Architect and manage AWS deployments for scale, reliability and cost efficiency
• Drive observability and CI/CD best practices
• Mentor engineers, run code reviews, and partner with product & data teams

Must-Have Skills

• Backend: Node.js with TypeScript (deep expertise); Python preferred
• AWS: EC2/EKS/Lambda, S3, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch
• Frontend: React, state management, performance optimization

Good to Have

• Agentic AI / LLM-based workflows
• Airflow (or similar) and ETL/ELT concepts
• Microservices & DDD
