Northern Trust in Bengaluru is seeking a Transfer Agent (TA) specialist to support BAU activities across dealing, registration, settlements and reconciliations for client investors. You will ensure timely processing, accuracy and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in multiple locations.
The role requires a solid TA process understanding, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a late EMEA/NA shift environment.

The role is for Transfer Agency ('TA') business with specific responsibility to support Business as Usual ('BAU') in Bangalore, India. The department is responsible for client and investor document management, processing and quality checking of transactions and updating the registers of our clients' mutual funds in response to investor instructions. Also responsible for any ad hoc project work and remediation activity to support the BAU. This department is responsible for several TA functions, including, but not limited to, Dealing, Registration, Settlement, Reconciliations, Distributions, Management Accounting, Fund Allocation and Client Reporting. This role is to support BAU activities in the TA department in order to ensure that not only client Service Level Agreements are consistently met and/or exceeded but also to ensure that regulatory and management company requirements are effectively delivered.
