Job summary

Black Box in Bengaluru, India seeks a Technical Coordinator to support infrastructure projects across APAC, EMEA, and AMER. You will coordinate field technicians, vendors, project managers, and customers, manage bridge calls, and ensure clear cross‑timezone communication. Strong network fundamentals and ITIL/CCNA‑like certifications are desirable. 24/7 support readiness is expected.

You will prepare reports, trackers, and runbooks, and own documentation accuracy across execution stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in technical coordination, infrastructure support, or international call center environments.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure devices and network fundamentals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 work environment supporting US business hours.

• Understand installation and validation processes for network equipment.

• Coordinate with field technicians, vendors, project managers, resource coordinators, and customer site contacts.

Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare and share structured reports with stakeholders.
• Maintain and update project trackers and documentation.
• Share daily execution updates, risk reports, and closure summaries.
• Ensure documentation accuracy including runbooks, coordination plans, and execution reports.
• Support utilization, status, and operational reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in technical coordination, infrastructure support, or international call center environments.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure devices and network fundamentals.
• Knowledge of router, switch, and access point installation processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact confidently with global stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
