Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Auditor to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring regulatory adherence at our locations in Dariba, Chanderiya, and Agucha near Udaipur.

Responsibilities

• Compliance Management: Independently assess and monitor compliance with a wide range of regulatory requirements, including labor laws, taxation laws, environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations, secretarial standards, and industry-specific regulations. Conduct regular compliance audits to identify potential risks and non-compliance issues. Develop and implement effective compliance programs and internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure ongoing compliance. Stay updated on the latest regulatory changes and industry best practices to maintain compliance.
• Physical Verification: Conduct physical site visits to verify compliance with regulatory requirements, including documentation, records, and operational procedures. Inspect facilities, equipment, and processes to ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations. Verify the implementation of corrective action plans to address identified non-compliance issues.
• Legal Query Resolution: Provide timely and accurate advice to stakeholders on legal and compliance matters. Draft legal documents, such as notices, agreements, and correspondence. Represent the organization in legal proceedings, as required.
• Audit Quality and Deliveries: Ensure the quality and accuracy of audit reports and findings. Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
