Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Teamcenter Project Manager / Solution Architect to lead an end-to-end upgrade program in Gurgaon, India. The role demands 8–10+ years of Teamcenter experience, plus strong PM and stakeholder management.

You will guide architecture reviews, coordinate multilingual data integrity during conversion, and manage cross-functional teams toward a successful production cutover and Go/No-Go decision.

• Ensure compatibility of NX, Autodesk Alias, and Office Integration with Teamcenter 2606.
• Lead production cutover, rollback planning and Go/No-Go governance.
• Manage cross-functional teams and provide executive reporting and escalation.

We are currently seeking a Teamcenter Project Manager / Solution Architect to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryāna (IN-HR), India (IN).

8–10+ years of hands-on Teamcenter experience, with prior ownership of at least one major Teamcenter upgrade/migration and combined with strong project/program management and senior client stakeholder management skills.

• Lead the end-to-end Teamcenter 2606 upgrade program across DEV, TEST and Production, covering assessment, solution design, implementation, testing, production cutover, rollback and hypercare.
• Provide Teamcenter solution architecture leadership, reviewing Web/AWC, Enterprise/Pool Manager, FMS/FSC, Dispatcher, Solr/Indexer, Oracle, storage and high-availability architecture and ensuring the target design meets performance, scalability and availability requirements.
• Lead planning and technical governance for Oracle WE8ISO8859P1 → AL32UTF8 conversion, coordinating Oracle DBA and Teamcenter teams and ensuring multilingual/Japanese data integrity is validated before proceeding with the Teamcenter upgrade.
• Own the overall strategy and coordination for Teamcenter Multi-Site, FMS, Secondary FSC and Store-and-Forward, including SMC/TcM connectivity, remote-site integration, Unicode data transfer and distributed CAD/file-access requirements.
• Coordinate upgrade and end-to-end validation of NX, Autodesk Alias, Microsoft 365/Office Integration, Teamcenter Visualization/JT and ENOVIA Connector, ensuring compatibility with Teamcenter 2606 and alignment with the production cutover.
• Lead production cutover and rollback planning, including production freeze, database conversion/upgrade, volume/SAN migration, delta synchronization, Multi-Site activation, integration enablement, technical/business validation and Go/No-Go governance.
• Manage cross-functional teams comprising Teamcenter Administrators, Developers, NX/CAD Administrators, Oracle DBAs, Infrastructure/Storage/Network teams, Security/IAM, QA and client SMEs, owning schedule, dependencies, RAID management, effort tracking and executive reporting.
• Act as the technical escalation and client-facing architecture authority, driving design decisions, architecture reviews, performance/capacity planning, risk mitigation, Siemens/vendor coordination, production readiness, documentation, knowledge transfer and transition to BAU support.
