Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Teamcenter PLM Architect to lead functional architecture and solution design for Teamcenter implementations and upgrades.

You will gather requirements from engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, define data models and workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for customizations and integrations, driving PLM best practices and change management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in PLM implementations, with strong focus on Teamcenter.
• Deep understanding of Teamcenter architecture and modules.
• Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) processes.
• Familiarity with BOM management, change management, and workflows.
• Experience working with CAD integrations (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks).
• Good understanding of integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions aligned with Teamcenter capabilities.
• Ensure integration with enterprise systems such as ERP, CAD, MES.
• Provide guidance during testing, validation, and go-live phases.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Teamcenter modules (Engineering, Manufacturing, Document Management).
