Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter Administrator to manage and support enterprise Teamcenter environments across Development, QA, Test, and Production. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Teamcenter system administration, Linux, middleware technologies, Oracle databases, and enterprise application deployments. The role involves installation, upgrades, performance optimization, troubleshooting, automation, and collaboration with global teams to ensure high system availability and operational excellence.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Teamcenter installation, administration, configuration, deployment, upgrades, patching, cloning, and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting Teamcenter 13.2 or later in enterprise environments.
- Good understanding of 2-Tier and 4-Tier Teamcenter architecture, including Multi Pool Manager environments and multi-site.
- Experience configuring and supporting:
- Xpedition EDM installation and administration
- Experience with TEM-based deployments and DC-based installations, Teamcenter administrative utilities, session management, and environment maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of Teamcenter Client, including TCCS, RAC, HTTPS configuration, tracing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong experience with IBM WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, and Oracle Database administration.
- Experience with installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Windows Server administration knowledge is desirable.

- Apache Web Server and Reverse Proxy configuration

Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Teamcenter environments across Sandbox, Development, QA, Test, and Production.
- Perform Teamcenter installations, upgrades, patching, deployments, cloning, and environment refresh activities.
- Configure and support Teamcenter infrastructure components including AWC, Dispatcher, FMS, Pool Manager, and related integrations.
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability while ensuring maximum uptime.
- Investigate and resolve infrastructure, middleware, database, and Teamcenter application issues.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
- Support CAD integrations and enterprise application interfaces.
- Perform backup, restore, disaster recovery, and system maintenance activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and implementation guides.
- Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to deliver infrastructure improvements and production support.
- Participate in planned maintenance, release activities, and on-call support when required.
