Job summary

Experis is seeking a Teamcenter PLM Solution Architect to join our multi-location India team (Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune). You will design end-to-end Teamcenter solutions, write design documents, and support upgrades and migrations to Active Workspace, while collaborating with global teams.

The ideal candidate has deep Teamcenter UA expertise, ITK/SOA customization, and experience integrating with SAP S/4HANA and MCAD tools.

Qualifications

• Teamcenter UA knowledge including EDM, BOM, Workflow, Change Management, Active Workspace configuration and customization.
• Ability to map business requirements to PLM/Teamcenter frameworks.
• Teamcenter solution design for client/server with third-party integrations.
• Experience installing/configuring 2-Tier/4-Tier clients and CAD integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience with Teamcenter SOA customization and ITK.

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking for a Teamcenter PLM Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Propose, design, and implement end-to-end solutions for Teamcenter applications based on business requirements.
• Write design documents for Teamcenter-based implementations.
• Support application teams in Teamcenter upgrades.
• Support application teams in migrating Teamcenter clients from RAC to Active Workspace.
• Participate as a team member in IT software projects using the Teamcenter platform.
• Support project teams by sharing expertise on efficient Teamcenter customization.
• Identify and propose optimizations for existing Teamcenter customizations.
• Establish and promote design and quality standards for Teamcenter customization and ensure governance.

Required Skills

• Technical knowledge of Teamcenter UA products, including Engineering Data Management, BOM Management, Workflow, Change Management, Active Workspace configuration and customization, Teamcenter architecture, and Data Model configuration.
• Ability to map business requirements to PLM/Teamcenter frameworks.
• Teamcenter solution design for both client and server, including integration with third-party applications such as SAP S/4HANA, Solid Edge, and MCAD tools.
• Experience installing and configuring 2-Tier and 4-Tier clients, File Management Server, Dispatcher Server, and CAD integrations.
• Basic problem-solving skills to resolve application issues, troubleshoot, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Experience in Teamcenter client-server customization and Teamcenter Services SOA customization.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming and Teamcenter server-side ITK and SOA customization.
• Experience with Declarative UI configuration and Active Workspace customization.
• Good knowledge of web technologies such as XSLT, HTML, JavaScript, JSON, Teamcenter ITK, SOA programming, web methods, and web service architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Build-to-Run methodologies.
• Strong customer focus, including the ability to manage customer needs and multiple work priorities.
• Strong oral and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent judgment and self-motivation.
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
