Job summary

Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited in Pune/Bangalore is seeking a skilled Teamcenter Administrator to manage and optimize Teamcenter environments across multiple stages including Sandbox, Dev, QA, and Production.

You will lead installations, upgrades, patching, deployments, cloning, and environment refresh activities, while configuring core infrastructure components and ensuring maximum system uptime. Collaboration with global teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on Teamcenter experience in installation, administration, configuration, deployments, upgrades, patching, cloning and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Teamcenter 13.2 or later in enterprise environments.
• Understanding of 2-Tier and 4-Tier Teamcenter architecture including Multi Pool Manager and multi-site setups.
• TEM-based deployments and DC-based installations, Teamcenter utilities, session management, and environment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter Client components (TCCS, RAC, HTTPS, tracing).
• Experience with IBM WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, and Oracle DB administration.

Responsibilities

• Administering and maintaining Teamcenter environments across Sandbox, Development, QA, Test, and Production.
• Performing Teamcenter installations, upgrades, patching, deployments, cloning, and environment refresh activities.
• Configuring and supporting Teamcenter infrastructure components (AWC, Dispatcher, FMS, Pool Manager) and integrations.
• Monitoring system health, performance, and uptime; troubleshooting issues.
• Developing automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
• Supporting CAD integrations and enterprise interfaces.
• Backup, restore, disaster recovery, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Preparing technical documentation and implementation guides.
• Collaborating with onsite and offshore teams on infrastructure improvements and production support.
• Participating in maintenance, releases, and on-call support.

• Administering and maintaining Teamcenter environments across Sandbox, Development, QA, Test, and Production.


• Performing Teamcenter installations, upgrades, patching, deployments, cloning, and environment refresh activities.


• Configuring and supporting Teamcenter infrastructure components including AWC, Dispatcher, FMS, Pool Manager, and related integrations.


• Monitoring system health, performance, and availability while ensuring maximum uptime.


• Investigating and resolve infrastructure, middleware, database, and Teamcenter application issues.


• Developing and maintaining automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.


• Supporting CAD integrations and enterprise application interfaces.


• Performing backup, restore, disaster recovery, and system maintenance activities.


• Preparing technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and implementation guides.


• Collaborating with onsite and offshore teams to deliver infrastructure improvements and production support.


• Participating in planned maintenance, release activities, and on-call support when required.

Job requirements/ skills:

• 5-8 years of experience with strong hands‑on experience in Teamcenter installation, administration, configuration, deployment, upgrades, patching, cloning, and troubleshooting.


• Experience supporting Teamcenter 13.2 or later in enterprise environments.


• Good understanding of 2‑Tier and 4‑Tier Teamcenter architecture, including Multi Pool Manager environments and multi‑site


• Experience with TEM‑based deployments and DC‑based installations, Teamcenter administrative utilities, session management, and environment maintenance.


• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter Client, including, TCCS, RAC, HTTPS configuration, tracing, and troubleshooting.


• Strong experience with IBM WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, and Oracle Database administration.
