Job summary

Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited seeks a mid-level Teamcenter Administrator to manage and support Teamcenter environments across multiple stages. You will install, upgrade, patch, clone, and deploy Teamcenter, while maintaining infrastructure components such as AWC, Dispatcher, FMS, and Oracle databases.

The role requires 5–8 years of hands-on Teamcenter experience, with knowledge of 2-Tier and 4-Tier architectures and TEM/DC deployments.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on Teamcenter installation, administration, configuration, deployment, upgrades, patching, cloning and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Teamcenter 13.2 or later in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of 2-Tier and 4-Tier Teamcenter architecture and multi-site configurations.

Responsibilities

• Administering and maintaining Teamcenter environments across Sandbox, Development, QA, Test, and Production.
• Performing Teamcenter installations, upgrades, patching, deployments, cloning, and environment refresh activities.
• Configuring and supporting Teamcenter infrastructure components including AWC, Dispatcher, FMS, Pool Manager, and related integrations.
• Monitoring system health, performance, and availability to ensure maximum uptime.
• Investigating and resolving infrastructure, middleware, database, and Teamcenter application issues.
• Developing and maintaining automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
• Supporting CAD integrations and enterprise application interfaces.
• Performing backup, restore, disaster recovery, and system maintenance activities.
• Preparing technical documentation, SOPs, and implementation guides.
• Collaborating with onsite and offshore teams to deliver infrastructure improvements and production support.

• Participating in planned maintenance, release activities, and on-call support when required.
• 5-8 years of experience with strong hands-on experience in Teamcenter installation, administration, configuration, deployment, upgrades, patching, cloning, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Teamcenter 13.2 or later in enterprise environments.
• Good understanding of 2-Tier and 4-Tier Teamcenter architecture, including Multi Pool Manager environments and multi-site
• Experience with TEM-based deployments and DC-based installations, Teamcenter administrative utilities, session management, and environment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter Client, including, TCCS, RAC, HTTPS configuration, tracing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong experience with IBM WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, and Oracle Database administration.

Good to have:

• ITIL or Agile working experience
